  • Broiled chicken-breast with some basils – 4 ounces

Snacks: You need to have this twice in a day and each will help you sustain 15 grams of carbohydrate and 60 calories.

  • Light popcorn – 3 cups
  • A small fruit – 1
  • Fat free chips – 15
  • Unsweetened high fiber biscuits – 2 to 3
